Narrow a list of warnings the way LebensmittelwarnungClient.warnings does:
since (German calendar day, items without published dropped), then search
(against title and product; case, umlaut spelling, ß/ss, accents and Unicode
normalisation don't matter, see searchForms), then limit. A bad
value throws a LebensmittelwarnungValidationError.
