    Interface Warning

    One product warning (Warnung / Rückruf) from the feed's <item> elements, projected to typed factual fields plus the generic fields map for anything the feed carries beyond the first-class accessors.

    interface Warning {
        affectedStates?: string[];
        bestBefore?: string;
        fields: Record<string, string>;
        images?: WarningImage[];
        imageUrls?: string[];
        link?: string;
        lotNumbers?: string;
        manufacturer?: string;
        packaging?: string;
        product?: string;
        pubDate?: string;
        published?: string;
        rawDescription?: string;
        reason?: string;
        title?: string;
    }
    Index
    affectedStates?: string[]

    "Betroffene Bundesländer nach derzeitigem Stand", split into a list.

    bestBefore?: string

    "Haltbarkeit" — best-before / durability information.

    fields: Record<string, string>

    The full label→value map parsed from the HTML description — a superset of the typed accessors above, so a label this client does not model first-class (or a product-type-specific one) is still available. Keys are the German labels with the trailing colon stripped, e.g. "Grund der Meldung", "Bildquelle". A label the notice repeats (one lot number per product) keeps every distinct value, joined with "; "; the typed fields above carry the same joined text. A value keeps the notice's line breaks as "\n" (an address, one batch or product per line); other whitespace is collapsed and each line trimmed.

    images?: WarningImage[]

    The same images, each with its own credit ("Bildquelle", e.g. "© Netto Marken Discount") — the credit to show with that image. fields.Bildquelle joins the distinct credits of all images, so it can't tell which image each one belongs to.

    imageUrls?: string[]

    Every <img src=…> image URL in the description, in order.

    link?: string

    URL of the warning's detail page on lebensmittelwarnung.de (a reference).

    lotNumbers?: string

    "Chargennummer / Los-Kennzeichnung" — batch/lot identifiers.

    manufacturer?: string

    "Hersteller / Inverkehrbringer" — manufacturer / distributor.

    packaging?: string

    "Verpackungseinheit" — packaging unit.

    product?: string

    "Produktbezeichnung/ -beschreibung" — the product name/description from the notice body (e.g. "KIMCHI 300 Gramm"). Often the same as title.

    pubDate?: string

    Publication timestamp as served (RFC 822), e.g. "Wed, 8 Jul 2026 16:00:00 +0200".

    published?: string

    pubDate as an ISO-8601 string in UTC, when it is a form parsePubDate reads (RFC 822 with English or German names and zones, ISO 8601, DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM; a stamp without a zone is German time), else absent.

    rawDescription?: string

    The raw HTML <description> body, kept verbatim for callers who need more.

    reason?: string

    "Grund der Meldung" — why the warning was issued (e.g. "Fremdkörper").

    title?: string

    The product name, e.g. "ja! Beerenmischung, tiefgefroren, 750 Gramm Beutel" — the feed's <title>. When the portal serves an unrendered template there instead ($esc.escapeXml(…), every item in September 2026), this is product; absent when neither is usable.
