Server text that one of the client's own messages quotes — the text of an error
envelope sent with a 2xx status, a country name, a malformed flag value, the ids a
contentList names without an entry — made safe and short: whitespace (line breaks,
U+2028/U+2029 included) folded to one space, so it stays on one line; control
characters (sanitizeServerText: C0, DEL, C1) and the bidi controls dropped, so no
escape sequence reaches a terminal; trimmed and cut at max characters (MAX_QUOTED_LENGTH, 200), ending
in "…" when cut, never inside a surrogate pair (cutForMessage).
