Interface Indicator

A single indicator (Indikator), flattened out of the catalogue with a resolved SQL table name, its available years and its value columns. The table is derived solely from the catalogue code and is the ONLY value ever interpolated as a table name into the SQL query.

code: string

Catalogue code, e.g. "AI002-1-5".

fields

fields: IndicatorField[]

The value columns this indicator's rows carry, in catalogue order — which is also the order the data host returns them in. Empty when the catalogue entry lists no attributes.

levels

levels: Record<string, string[]>

Per year, the geo levels (land, regierungsbezirk, kreis, gemeinde) the catalogue has figures for, from its geom_levels. A year missing here has no usable level information and is not checked. query refuses a level that is not listed for the year, since every row would be null.

table

table: string

The SQL table name derived from the code (code.toLowerCase().replace(/-/g,"_")).

theme

theme: string

The theme (subject area) this indicator belongs to.

titleLong

titleLong: string

Long, descriptive title.

titleShort

titleShort: string

Short title.

years

years: string[]

Every year the catalogue offers, ascending, as 4-digit strings (e.g. ["2000","2005",…]). Not every one has figures: a year whose levels entry is [] has none at any level (AI008-2 2006, AI002-3 2003/2004 on 2026-10-05), and query refuses it.
