    Interface SourceState

    Per-source bookkeeping: what was last seen, and the conditional-request state.

    The Anfragen whose last attempt failed and that have not been handled since, so ka sync --retry-failed can take only them (issue #27). A ref leaves the list when a later run stores it or finds it unchanged.

    feed_newest?: string

    For a source whose discovery is a feed of the newest entries only (Bayern): the newest entry its last complete read of the feed listed, as an ISO instant. The next read warns when the feed's oldest entry is newer — what scrolled through in between was never seen.
