Re-encode a literal + in the OParl timestamp parameters of a URL as %2B. Somacos
servers hand out next links with modified_since=2026-09-20T00:00:00+00:00
unencoded; sent as is, the server reads the + as a space, answers a different page,
and the next link of that page has lost the filter altogether. A timestamp never
holds a space, so in these four parameters a + can only mean a plus sign. Every
other part of the URL is left exactly as it was.
