The request body a list method sends for req, checked before anything is sent.
req is an object with only filter, range, orderby and all, or
undefined/null (no request: the default page). Anything else — a number, a
string, an array, an unknown key such as a misspelled rnage or a count outside
range — is a MudabValidationError, not a silently ignored input.
range holds only from and count.
{ all: true } sends no range (the whole table); all together with a range,
or an all that is not a boolean, is a MudabValidationError.
Otherwise the range is completed to a page: a missing count becomes
DEFAULT_PAGE_SIZE and a missing from becomes 0 (the server answers a
count-only range with HTTP 500, so from is always sent).
from/count must be integers from 0, and from + count must not exceed
MAX_RANGE_END, defaulted count included.
filter/orderby are passed through (the server ignores them); all is never
sent. Idempotent for a request without all.
