The values sdg_relevant takes on the CSV export: Ja or Nein. The export reads the
parameter of the portal's search page (UiSDGRelevant in the portal's source,
fimportal/routers/ui_search.py), not the JSON search's boolean, and ignores anything
else: sdg_relevant=true exported the unfiltered result live (2026-10-05), Nein
filtered it (2026-10-06).
