OptionalallowSend parameters the tables in filters.ts don't know: a parameter the portal added
after they were written. Default false: an unknown key is rejected, because the
portal ignores it and answers with the unfiltered result. For
tools.searchCsvDownload it also lets through a filter for another resource and a
value outside the known domain, which the CSV export ignores in the same way.
