A station overview with the missing-value marker (STATION_MISSING_VALUE) turned
into null in each station's forecast1, forecast2, days and threeHourSummaries,
so no consumer reads it as a measurement. null already means "no value" in this payload
(whole arrays come as null). stationOverview() applies it; exported for payloads
obtained another way. A station value that is not an object is left as it is.
