The requested station ids that overview carries no data for, in request order and
without duplicates: an id with no key in the answer, or whose value is an empty object.
The web service answers an unknown id (a typo, 010865, an id it doesn't serve) by
leaving it out — {} for a single id — with status 200, so this is the only way to
tell "no such station" apart. Ids are compared after normalizeStationIds, as
stationOverview() sends them. The CLI prints a note on stderr for each run that has
some; the exit code stays 0.
