Reject query parameters that would silently widen a list request or send a value
DIP cannot match: params that are not a plain object, a blank parameter name, a
blank string value, an empty array, a blank string inside an array, and a value
that is not a string, finite number, boolean or valid Date. cursor takes one
string. undefined and null still mean "omitted". Throws DipValidationError
naming the parameter (Invalid f.titel: ...).
