Why requests to baseUrl travel unencrypted, as one sentence, or undefined
when they don't: for an https: URL, a URL that doesn't parse, and a loopback host (localhost, 127.0.0.0/8, ::1 — a
local mock or proxy). Otherwise the sentence names the host (url.host: host
and port, never userinfo) and what secret goes with the requests: secrets are
noun phrases such as "the token" or "the login", and userinfo in the URL adds
"the base URL's credentials". It never contains a secret's value. The CLI
logs it as a WARN record of destatis.http (once per run, before the first
request).
