A client runs in exactly one access mode, chosen explicitly: with credentials (a
token, or a username and password) or as the GENESIS guest user (guest: true).
Neither is a configuration error rather than a silent guest — an unset or empty
DESTATIS_API_TOKEN must not quietly turn into anonymous access — and both is
one too. hasCredentials is whether any of token/username/password is set (after
blank-to-unset); guest must be a boolean when given.
