The place (orte): Name_lon_lat with the longitude in -180..180 first and the
latitude in -90..90 second — or several such places, comma-separated, which the
API searches together (live: Köln's 3 offers + Berlin's 17 = 20). Every place is
checked: the API answers a bare place name with HTTP 400 and out-of-range
coordinates with HTTP 500, also when only one of several places has them.
