Search parameters in the form the API accepts: re through normalizeRegions,
uk through normalizeRadius, ids through normalizeIds and bart trimmed
(string values, also inside an array); everything else unchanged. Returns a new object. search() applies it before
validateSearchParams, so re: " nrw" and uk: "bundesweit" are sent as
NRW and Bundesweit, as the CLI sends them.
